PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Outreach staff connect with youth that are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness and work with them to navigate their current situations by providing dynamic support that connects to multiple agency partners.

PROGRAM SUPPORTS: Drop-In space for community building; Supportive counselling; Programs to build resiliency; Mentoring; Advocacy; Connection to rehousing; Recreation buddies.
