BLAST FROM THE PAST: 1993 REPORT

Recently, we were able to access the "Report of the Working Group on Youth Exploited For the Sex Trade" from 1993. This report came after the 1992 bust that brought human trafficking and sexual exploitation in Canada to light, as we mention in our CSEC training about the long standing history of this issue in Nova Scotia.

Many findings and recommendations sound familiar! How can we ensure that our work continues to move forward and we implement long-term solutions that address root causes, prevent CSEC from occurring, while also effectively suppporting victims, survivors, victors, and thrivers?
