Provides legal support services and victim support services to Aboriginal people through programs such as the Mi'kmaw Court Worker Program and the Mi'kmaw Customary Law program. Victim support workers provide support to victims/survivors throughout the court process including help with preparing for court and assisting with victim impact statements.
